This is a common toddler table and chairs set that received complete remodel.  The top is brand new piece of board that I painted chalkboard. 

The chalkboard surface allows kids to be creative right on top of it.

 

The four chairs were reupholstered using Super Mario fabric.  I have also added extra padding to make the chairs soft and comfortable.  Once repuholstered the fabric was protected with Scotchguard.  You may want to recoat it on occasion to keep the fabric clean and tidy.
